“Dain! The usual!”
“I know! Shadow Bind!”
“Ohhhhh…?!”
Dain’s shadow shot out like a whip, hitting the approaching sand dolls.
Normally, it was a technique that can knock down even the biggest of them, but it produced an unexpected result for the sand dolls.
The sand dolls struck by the shadow crumble to the ground.
“What?”
“Did you defeat them…?”
“No, not yet!”
“Ohhhhhh…!!”
Dain and Gonzo were stunned by the easily collapsed sand dolls, but the crumbled sand instantly gathered and returned to its original form.
They have a fast regenerative ability, and as long as the core was not destroyed, they would revive again and again.
“Goaaaahhhh!!”
“Whoaaaa?”
“Gon-chan!!”
Three sand dolls approached Gonzo, who was closest, and try to cover him.
Gonzo instantly put on his battle fist and thrusted both hands out, but the blows penetrated the sand doll’s body.

Quicksand appeared at the feet of the three sand dolls that were wrapped around Gonzo’s body. They tried to swallow Gonzo into the ground.
Gonzo desperately tried to shake them off, but his attacks were ineffective against the sand dolls. Even if the sand body crumbled, it regenerated instantly.
Hanzo immediately threw a kunai at the sand doll’s body, but it only penetrated it. It only had the effect of slowing down its movements.
“Damn!! Dain!!”
“I-I know!! Shadow Bind!!”
“Whoa!!”
Dain unleashed his shadow magic not on the enemy, but on Gonzo, who was then engulfed in quicksand. He then pulled up Gonzo, who was about to be swallowed up by the quicksand.
He used his shadow as a rope to rescue Gonzo and shook off the three sand dolls.
“Oh! So you can use shadow magic like this!”
“Don’t make fun of my shadow magic! Just keep going… Shadow Bite!”
“Gosh…!?”
Dain, who had safely pulled Gonzo up, shot a black wolf shadow at the sand dolls. However, it could not bite the sand dolls and passed through the body.
Reito made Shizune sit on the ground and ran off.
“Iceclad Sword!! And then Enchantment Boost!!”
He pulled out the “Ice Block” long sword in his left hand and his Extermination Blade in his right hand, and activated the magic sword by sending water-attribute magic into the blade, and swung it at the sand doll.
According to prior information, the sand doll, like the other rock dolls, had a weakness to water, but…
Reito activated his battle technique.
“Whirlwind Strike!!”
“Gorrah…?!”
“Did it work?”
The moment Reito’s “Iceclad Sword” blade collided with the sand doll, the sand that came into contact with the water froze, and the sand’s flesh hardened.
The sand doll’s flesh changed color.
“Gale Strike!!”
“Gorrrrr…?!”
“I did it!!”
Activating “Heavy Strike Blade” in his right hand, Reito swung the Extermination Blade with one hand and blew away the sand doll’s body.
Fragments of the shattered sand doll were scattered on the ground, and the shattered pieces wriggled like living creatures.
“Aaaaahhhh…!!”
“Woah, that’s disgusting… Get away!!”
“Groooooh…”
Reito swung his swords with both hands at another sand doll that was approaching, and the other ones backed away in fear.
Taking advantage of this opportunity, Hanzo stabbed her blade into the head of the torn apart sand doll.
“…Here!!”
“Goggahh!?”
The moment Hanzo stabbed, a sound like shattering glass rang out, and the squirming pieces of the sand doll stopped and collapsed.
When Hanzo pulled out her sword, she found an experience stone stuck in the tip of the blade. It seemed that the sand doll had died when the experience stone was destroyed.
“S-Sand dolls can be defeated by destroying their cores just like the rock dolls! And their cores must be in their heads!”
“The heads… Okay, I’ll freeze them first, everyone else go for the cores!”
“Got it!”
“Understood!”
“Me too?”
“Um, well… Dain, take care of Shizune!”
As Reito said this, he aimed his palms at the three sand dolls, created multiple ice blades in the air, and used his “Accuracy” skill to fire them at the sand dolls’ bodies.
“Ice Blade Bullet!!”
“Goaaahhh…?!”
The moment the ice bullets hit the sand dolls’ bodies, a cold blast surged through their entire bodies. Their entire bodies then turned a muddy color, and their movements slowed as their bodies solidified.
“Gooooow!!”
“Oww!!”
“Watch out!! Their attack power has increased as a result of the solidification!!”
The sand doll used its solidified body to swing its arm down with great strength that rivaled that of a normal rock doll. However, its movement was slower due to its increased attack power.

Reito dodged the sand doll’s attack, used the opponent’s attack, and activated the “Interception” skill. After increasing the attack power in this way, he swung down from the upper level and smashed the sand doll to pieces.
Even with its body hardened, it was still less hard than a rock doll. Reito’s greatsword would be enough to destroy it, as the previous one had already proven.
Shards of the core scattered along with the crushed mud on the ground.
After seeing this, the other two follow Reito.

With a concentrated blow, Hanzo brilliantly sliced the core in the sand doll’s head, and Gonzo slammed his fist into its face, blowing the head away.
